I think we see a ton of points here in this game tonight. Tennessee and S. Alabama are both playing for bowl games at this point. Tennessee has had a tough road the last 4 weeks facing Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky and Ole Miss...Talk about a tough tretch of four ranked SEC teams. Now the Volunteers get to face So. Alabama. That's a big step down in class, but I think a huge letdown for the Volunteers defense. How could that defense not be gassed out at this point. They also might take So. Alabama lightly in this game and that's bad news. So. Alabama isn't a great team, but they are good at 5-5. They had a weeks rest and they also get back Jake Bentley who can and will throw the football. Bentley throws about 30 times a game and he's rather good. So. Alabama are 28pt dogs though and I expect Bentley throwing a ton in this game. Tennessee is going to be the best offense So. Alabama has faced all year long. So. Alabama has seen some avg offenses this season in Monroe, Troy, Texas St. Those teams went well over the season ppg avg. So I can only imagine what Tennessee can do in a bowl clinching game at rocky top. Tennessee will like to see a defense not named Alabama or Georgia and things will open up for them quite a bit. You can throw on both of these teams and that's what both teams like to do. So. Alabama hasn't seen a QB like the Volunteers Hooker who is a danger to run and throw. I don't see either side really having an answer to stop the other. Tennessee will eventually pull away in this game due to the talent gap, but So. Alabama will push them all game long I believe until it's gets late. I got this one. 53-27 Final. Way over.
