Had the Colts not blown that lead @ Baltimore, they’d be sporting a 3-game winning streak.  The Niners, are actually coming into this one sporting a 3-game losing streak.  Garoppolo is going to retake the starting QB job as he’s fully healthy now.  For the Colts, Quenton Nelson, their top Olineman, is expected to be back as well.  One key factor to consider here is that San Francisco likes to run the ball as it’s been Shannahan’s calling card as an offensive ‘guru’.  Indy ranks #1 defensively against the run.  I’d expect them to contain the rushing attack and force Garoppolo to beat them via his arm.  And I’m not so sure he’s someone that could be trusted to cover 4-points.
