Kansas City Chiefs -3.5
The Ravens
started out their NFL season with one injury after another, losing their top
two RB’s and their top CB to ACL injuries.
For a team that relies on the run-game and strong D, those were major
blows – and it showed in their week 1 loss @ Las Vegas. Now heading into week 2, they’re going to be
without their starting LT and best O-lineman in Ronnie Stanley. Their top WR, Marquise Brown, is dealing with
an ankle injury and has been limited all week.
And DE Derek Wolfe has already been ruled out for the game as well. When it rains, it pours. On the other side, the Chiefs are going to
get the Honey Badger (Tyrann Mathieu) back into the fold, so expect the defense
to look better than the atrocious showing they had last week. All in all, it’s just hard to see the Ravens
keeping up in this one with the dynamic Chiefs attack. On a short week, coming off a loss in OT on
the road, I’m just not sure the Ravens have what it takes to hang with this
Chiefs squad.
