I'm playing on SJ State/Fresno State OVER the total. After playing some high-scoring games between 2013-2015, these teams have been involved in some low-scoring games in recent seasons. I expect that to change this year though as both these offenses can move the ball and score points. The Spartans have scored 34, 28 and 38 over their last three games. The 28-point effort came on the road against a stingy San Diego State defense. The Bulldogs, meanwhile, have scored 35, 40 and 38 points over their past three games. While they're a good team, deserving of their 4-0 start, I believe that the Spartans are vulnerable against the pass. UNLV hadn't been able to complete any big passes against other opponents, as the Rebels had only five passing plays of 20 or more yards through their first three games. Yet, against SJ State, UNLV had plays of more than 30 yards and the Rebels had five plays of 15 or more. In a big game in the MWC, expect both teams to put up a big number, the final combined score finishing above the number.
