On the game from a fans perspective I'd love to see the Rams knock off the Bears here. From a fans perspective I am a Packers fan. But fan emotion never enters into business. From a wagering stance I say this is too many points and will take the Bears to keep this thing within the number. The Bears don't get it done with many style points but it is hard to argue with the results. If you look closely at the Rams season to date they have done their damage playing against the NFC east. Not exactly a ringing endorsement. Rams QB Jared Goff has a pretty lousy past history when going up against the Bears. This is the second appearance for the Bears in a prime time slot and we all saw them knock off a very good Tampa Bay team in the first one. It's my opinion that if the Bears can do a decent job of protecting Nick Foles they have more than a fighting chance to win this thing outright. Be it as it may, I will take the generous points and run. I don't expect this game to be a thing of beauty for either team. I expect a very physical game that likely will come down to the last minutes. The last couple of times these two have gone at it they have been low scoring, defensive wars. Nothing here to change that in my own opinion. I am going with the Bears in the role of dog here for a Triple Star.
I know this sounds like a broken record but it is the truth. It's one more game in our journey to a winning season. There are no sure things or locks. That is all straight up bullshit.
