I'm playing COLORADO on the run-line. (+1.5 runs) I like the Rockies to win this one "outright." However, at this price, I'm happy to grab the extra +1.5 runs and improve my chances even further. The Rockies have both the schedule and venue in their favor. In addition to playing at home, they had yesterday off. (The hope is that the day off will allow Arenado, who missed Sunday with a sore shoulder, time to get back. However, his status, as of this writing, is still up in the air and its possible he gets shut down.) The A's, on the other hand, played a double-header, at Seattle. Off b2b losses, the Rockies need this one. They're 9-5 vs. southpaw starters. Though he has been pitching well of late, Manae still has a 5.29 ERA (1.529 WHIP) in four road starts, averaging just 4.3 innings. Senzatela, on the other hand, is comfortable here. He's got a 2.84 ERA and 1.158 WHIP in three home starts, averaging 6.3 innings. I'm expecting AT LEAST a "run-line cover" from the Rockies here.
