VCU won the first game 73-62 at home back on February 7th. In that game Marcus Evans & De'Riante Jenkins combined for (34 points/ 12 RB's/ 8 assists)...neither will play in this game for the visiting Rams. For Davidson a chance to close out strong after tough road losses at Dayton & Richmond the past two games. Senior Jon Axel Gudmundsson will be honored prior to the game and then he'll look to avenge a woeful (1-8) shooting night in the first meeting. Look for Kellan Grady to help out his fellow Wildcat teammate close strong at home. Grady had 27 points in the first meeting. I like Davidson to pull away down the stretch for a 6 - 14 point win at home to close out the regular season & set up for the A-10 Tournament next week. VCU has dropped 6 of their last 7 games.
There is a 3.5 out here in Vegas at Boyd Gaming....and I feel the line may drop there by noon on Friday.
