I've been patiently (sort of) for this game awhile. I am not going to write a book here guys. I tend to get to the bottom line as that is what interests most folks. We all know West Virginia is coming into this game reeling somewhat after the past two games. Particularly the last one at home against Kansas when they simply imploded against the Jayhawks on their own home floor. The biggest weakness Bob Huggins club has came out and bit them badly in the second half, that being the fact this club can really struggle putting the ball in the hole. And as we have seen sometimes for extended periods of time. Unless they suffer no real dry spells here I see Baylor pulling away in the second half and clearing the number without too much nasty drama. Sometimes paralysis of analysis sets in and bettors overthink match ups. Baylor is the better team here guys and Scott Drew has had them hitting on all cylinders most the season. And this is not a game where we have to worry about the Bears overlooking a weaker opponent. Baylor knows full and well the Mountaineers are a capable group that will be arriving in Waco in a foul mood. Huggins could not have been much fun to be around in practice the last couple of days. But, as I have stated on many occasions before there is a huge difference between want to, and can do. This is too tall an order here for West Virginia unless Baylor just has an off day. Which of course is possible. We deal in reality here, there are no sure things. Bur Baylor is just so balanced, they play extremely well on both ends of the floor. People like to talk about Huggins kids defense but have they seen much of this Bears team? I simply do not see the Mountaineers going into Waco and scoring enough here over the course of forty minutes of ball to stay within the number. I see a close game for the first half but with the Bears pulling away in the final 7-8 minutes of play. West Virginia can go cold at any time and that could be lethal against this group. I am going Triple Big 12 GOY here on Scott Drew and his Baylor Bears. 

Okay, the first 3 game of the year selections for 2020 have been no drama blowout wins. BUT, each game is it's own animal. Nothing is ever a sure thing. If anyone ever tries to tell you they have a lock, run and don't walk away. Those are myths. Just trying as always to keep things real.
