6 PT TEASER: 2* Ravens +8/Bengals +9 

My numbers make the Ravens a 14 point favorite with their starters playing in this game. There has been a 16 point adjustment to this line, which is an OVER REACTION! 

Think about it, The Vikings line has moved 10 points because they are sitting starters. The Texans line has been adjusted about 9 points due to starters likely not playing. The Bills line had been adjusted under 10 points since the Bills have made it known they won't play starters the entire game. In a low total game, the Steelers are one of the worst teams you can have in getting margin (they have scored more then one offensive touchdown in only one of their last 7 games) 

The Browns have their two star wide receivers potentially just looking forward to moving on from this season and getting off season surgeries. They have a potentially lame duck HC, and are off a playoff dream crusher loss against Baltimore last week. We have to anticipate that the Browns are a team just looking forward to this season ending, while the Bengals are clearly still fighting this season (look at the comeback against Miami last week!). 

Two teams I think have a great shot to win outright, that I love in a teaser!
