The power ratings make this game Philly a small favorite, but the situation favors Atl. Atl is off a blowout loss @ Min that was turnover driven.
At 0-1 Atl needs this win badly, and Philly at 1-0 does not. Philly had to use a lot of effort and energy to overcome a 17 point deficit to Wash last week, and my gut says Atl wins tonight.
