Virginia Tech is looking for revenge. Lost 81-59 @ UVA. VT shot 43% from the field and 7-21 from 3 in the first game. Justin Robinson (out indefinitely) only had 9 points for VT in the first game, but the primary ball handler only had 1 turnover. In the 5 games VT has played without Robinson, scoring 10 less PPG than their season average. Their best overall player, he is also going to be desperately missed on defense against the UVA backcourt. VT hasn’t covered in a game since the 47-24 win against NCST. Virginia 7-1 on the road SU and ATS. Only loss by 2 @ Duke. VT meanwhile 2-4 ATS at home. 1-3 ATS and SU as an underdog this year. VT has just 1 win over ACC opponents with a .500+ conference record (Syracuse). I will roll with the significantly better team with VT missing their best guy.
