Jacksonville Jaguars +5.5
With Leonard Fournette having 10 days off to prepare for this one, I expect Jacksonville to run him into the ground here. In addition, Titans are the worst in the league at protecting the quarterback, ranking dead-last in adjust sack rate. Jags' D has played extremely well the last few games, and I expect them to do so again in this one, even though a bit of a letdown is expected. Overall, Titans are not 2.5 points better, and I would even argue that Jacksonville is the better team. Sure Bortles isn't playing, but he ranked 28th in efficiency this season so how large is the drop-off to Kessler really? With the point total at 37, this is a 20-17 type of a game, and 5.5 points is a ton in such a contest. Back the Jags.
Good Luck
