My model has this one at -5.5 HOU and with the 'stinger' that Mariota has experienced last week, I'm not sure he'll be at 100% in this one.  Throw in the fact that Tennessee has the worst O-line in the league in terms of pass-protection and this one could get out of hand quickly.
