I"m all in on this over tonight...I don't see any reasons why besides one that this struggles...Royals aren't that great against the LHP, but they get a guy on the mound who isn't even a starter at this level...They should at home have some success being this guy Gomber has some rough road numbers...On the other side Smith goes for the Royals and he is even worse....Again not a normal starter and he has to face a Cards lineup that is deep...Both guys have some innings this season, but they struggle to get past the 5th innings..Both guys walk batters and give up HR's...I can only see these guys giving up 3 or 4 runs each...Then we have to factor in the bullpens being these guys don't go deep...Royals bullpen is ranked dead last and they allow a 5.3 ERA...Cards are ranked 20th and they allow a 4.5 ERA....You also have to factor in the arms in the pen might get an extra inning of rest and the starters might have to go longer and that will result in runs if that's the case...This has a big score written all over it...How big, I'm not sure, but 12 runs seems about right if the numbers hold up...We could see a ton more though and I won't rule that out.
