In my opinion LeBlanc has been doing it all season with mirrors. Aside from his two-hit shut out against Boston, which was totally vindicated against the Sox in Boston, he's given up a TON of fly ball outs. In fact, 17 of them at Boston in less than five innings. His splits are terrible - he holds opponents to a .215 BAA against Safeco (which is a bigger park that'll hold his fly balls) and opposing hitters are batting .300 against Wade on the road. Historically June and July are by far his worst months, so we're seeing history repeat itself. Cobb, on the other hand, is coming off a big outing against Atlanta on the road, and when he's on he will induce lots of ground ball outs. Seattle has been winning ugly, and even with their recent uptick, their bullpen still brings an ERA over 7.00 into this game, which is a bigger factor with LeBlanc on the hill since he has only pitched into the 7th inning once this season. LeBlanc doesn't have a road win this season, and he's not getting his first one in Baltimore tonight. I wasn't going to make a 3* but changed my mind.
