I faded my Cardinals Friday night against the Cubs in my first half game of the year and we cashed. My longer term clients know full and well I will not hesitate to go against any and all fan emotion. Business is business and long term you have to be cold blooded as an assassin if you are serious about handicapping sports. I know this likely will not be a popular selection. And frankly there are no relevant trends here to truly support either cause. I follow St Louis closer than any other club and always have. I say they bounce back here and square up this series. The fact is the Cards have won eight of the last eleven games Weaver has taken the ball. Here is a key to look for if you choose to view the game. The Phillies as a team are a grind it out at the plate club. They are adept at working deep counts. They are adept at making pitchers go deeper into their pitch count earlier than desired. That is just the Phillie way. Weaver must have his command here. I know I am making a case of sorts for the Phillies but I have simply not been impressed with Velasquez of late. The Cardinals can get to this pitcher and admittedly are due for a breakout game with the sticks. I might eat some crow here but I actually like the Cards to rebound here with a win. Confident enough I am going triple star rabid dog on them. 

Now, we have, between the Triples & Rabid Dogs cashed on 59% of these, just a shade under 60% after 1,932 of these releases. They are plus 531 units profit combined. Now guys it does not get much more long term than that. And not once in any of those 1,932 games have I promoted any game as a lock. I consistently emphasize consistent money management and self discipline. The kind of stuff that drives the idiot trolls straight out of their minds. This game is no different.
