I would recommend buying to +3 if you can but I am going to use +2.5 for argument's sake. I do think that the line comes back towards Arizona at some point, and that the wrong team ins favored here. We know what Arizona hasn't done, and for starters they haven't run the ball - so, enter Adrian Peterson. Is he going to have the playbook down? Of course not, but what he IS is great at picking up the blitz and catching passes out of the backfield. For starters, New England's defense is NOT back, in fact Winston made them look better than they are - effective QB would have won that game for the Bucs, to be honest. Arizona HAS a defense. Palmer HAS been throwing for 300 yards. The Cardinals have been SOLID at home over the years, so IMO the markets have way over adjusted here.The Bucs are allowing 46% third own conversions, something that I will never back on the road. The Bucs are 27th in CONVERTING third downs, so being favored on the road is a huge stretch. The  Bucs' ONLY road game to date had them turning it over FIVE times in Minnesota. The Bucs have beaten the Bears at home, which was their first game after Hurricane Irma, and of course it was Chicago. They beat the Giants - everyone beats the Giants. The Bucs have not had anyone rush for more than 83 yards (yes, I know Martin was out) so they've had to put it on Winston. At home, fine - not on the road against ANYONE. Yes, there is payback from an embarrassing loss in Arizona last season - of course the Cardinals know that, too. Arizona is 2-3 and a game out of first in the NFC West, so it's not like they're the Browns playing it out. So, in the end the Cardinals ought to win this one.
