This is a matchup of a hot pitcher facing a cold pitcher.  Minnesota's Kyle Gibson has struggled over his first few seasons in the majors and is off to another tough start in 2017, posting a 7.87 ERA and 1.94 ERA through 8 starts with stats of 7.55 and 2.17 over his last 3.  The Angels' JC Ramirez has made 9 starts, posting a 3.20 ERA and 1.10 WHIP including a 1.74 ERA and 0.97 ERA in his last 3 starts.  Yes, Mike Trout is out for the Angels which is why this price is as low as it is considering the stark contrast between the two starting pitcher.  I rate the Angels bullpen better than Minnesota's by a not insignificant margin, further adding the likelihood of the Twins to score many run.  I will probably look first to the Twins over the weekend but tonight my play is on the Halos.
