SEC College Football Odds Tennessee vs Missouri

The ninth ranked Missouri Tigers will look to rebound from their first loss of the season when they welcome SEC East rival Tennessee to Faurot Field on Saturday. This weekend's showdown between the Tigers and Volunteers is scheduled to kickoff at 7:00pm ET; it will be broadcast live on ESPN. SEC College Football Odds from Sportsbook.ag have Mizzou listed as a -10.5 against the spread and -360 money line favorite ($360 wins $100). The Over/Under is set at 56 points.

Missouri managed to get past Florida with ease, despite starting quarterback James Franklin being sidelined with a shoulder separation, but South Carolina proved a more difficult hurdle to clear.

The Tigers went into halftime of last weekend's meeting with the Gamecocks up 17-0, but its inability to move the ball cost them in the second half. Missouri's lack of offense allowed South Carolina to tie the game 17-17 and eventually score a 27-24 double overtime victory.

Maty Mauk, Franklin's replacement under center, completed just 10-of-25 passes for 249 yards, one touchdown, and one interception and he rushed for just 12 yards on 10 carries.

The Tigers, who fell to 7-1 and ninth in the BCS rankings as a result of Saturday's loss, will, most likely, need a better performance from Mauk in order to avoid a slip up against capable Tennessee team.

The Volunteers are coming off an ugly 45-10 loss at Alabama, but they forced overtime against Georgia on October 5th and they scored an upset of the aforementioned Gamecocks on the 19th.

The road has not been kind to Tennessee, though, and it figures to give them trouble on Saturday. The Vols, who fell 51-48 in quadruple overtime to the Tigers last season, are 0-3 outside of Knoxville this year with double digit losses to Oregon, Florida, and Alabama.

Notable Trends: Missouri is 3-0 both straight up and against the spread in its last three games as a home favorite with a spread between 8 and 10.5 points.

SEC College Football Odds Tennessee vs Missouri:

Tennessee Volunteers +10.5 (-110), Over 56 (-110), +280 (Moneyline)

Missouri Tigers -10.5 (-110), Under 56 (-110), -360 (Moneyline)
