The Portland Trail Blazers will wrap up their four game road swing tonight when they battle the Oklahoma City Thunder at the Chesapeake Energy Arena. Tip off in this evening's clash between the two Northwest adversaries is set for 8:00pm ET. Now the Blazers will fight Oklahoma City for sole possession of first place in the Northwest Division. Before their dismantling of Sacramento, Kevin Durant and company took out the Rockets 104-92 in Houston and the Warriors 127-121 in Oklahoma City. Sunday's victory also improved their home record to 18-3 for the season.
