Saturday afternoon college football and we will see the Buffalo Bulls travel to Kalamazoo, Michigan to take on the Western Michigan Broncos. The game will be televised on ESPN3 and has a start time of 2:00 pm (Eastern). Current Odds have Buffalo listed as 11.5 point favorites, while the total sits at 51.5.

Analysis: The Buffalo Bulls have been a surprise team this year as they are 3-2 SU and come in off a BB wins of 28 or more. The Bulls also shocked the Buckeyes in their opener by staying with them for much of the game. It is a bit strange that they have been playing so well, considering that they enter the game ranked 102nd in total offense and 102nd in total defense. The Bulls have been outscored on the year as well, putting up just 28.4 ppg, while allowing 31..8 ppg. Now one thing to remember here is the fact that allot of the damage done vs them on defense was the game vs Baylor, in which they allowed 70 points and 781 yards. Ouch. Still, you will find that this is an improved team and will be in the thick of the race for the MAC title this year.

What a bad start the Broncos are off to as they have gone 0-6 on the year out the gate. This team has really looked the part of an 0-6 squad as they come in ranked 115^th in total offense (321.3 ypg), 120^th in scoring offense (15 ppg), 95^th in total defense (440.2 ypg) and 116^th in scoring defense allowing 38.2 ppg. This is truly a bad team in most aspects except for their pass defense, which is 12^th in the nation, allowing just 168.7 ypg. On defense though they do make up for it with a terrible run defense that is 122^nd out of 125 teams, allowing 271.8 ypg. The low point for this team this year was a 27-23 home loss to FCS foe Nicholls State. I don't see the matching up well in this one.

Pick: The Buffalo Bulls are one of the better teams in the MAC and I expect them to take this game with ease. Western Michigan is one of the worst scoring teams in the nation and they have one of the worst defenses in the nation as well. Buffalo will continue to roll here.
