Baltimore Ravens 2015 Super Bowl Odds

Breaking Down the Road to NFL Playoffs for Baltimore Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens are only a couple of years removed from a Super Bowl championship. This year the Ravens are looking to get back to being one of the powers in the AFC. Vegas odds currently have the Baltimore Ravens as the third-best odds to win the AFC North and are the middle of the pack in the run for the 2015 Super Bowl

Baltimore Ravens Super Bowl Odds — 40 to 1

Baltimore won the Super Bowl over the San Francisco 49ers just a few seasons ago. Then they paid Joe Flacco a whole bunch of money and lost a bunch of players in free agency to other teams. That's the reality in the NFL. Baltimore couldn't afford to let Flacco walk and in the end couldn't afford to pay the players that helped them win that Super Bowl.

But this year the Ravens are looking to be healthy and make an impact again. Ray Rice has had a tumultuous offseason and did not have a good 2013 campaign. He ran for just over 600 yards and had four touchdowns on the ground. Baltimore averaged only 83 yards per game on the ground last season, one of the worst numbers in football.

The Ravens finished with a 6-2 record in home games last season, but were terrible on the road.

Baltimore's defense was actually decent. They allowed only 105 yards per game on the ground to opponents (11th) and gave up 230 yards per game through the air, which was just outside the Top 10.

Last year's record — 8-8, T-second in AFC North
