The truth is parity in pro football has made EVERY game potentially close. This is by design and not by accident. The NFL's main goal is keeping as many teams "in the mix" for as long as possible. When I was a young man the pennant winner in National league played the pennant winner in the American league in the "World Series" of baseball. Then expansion came and the "playoffs". The same holds true for the NBA and the NFL. The introduction of "wild card" teams justify s my point. It's a BILLION $$$ BUSINESS.
Couple that with the lines makers hiring the best in the business to set lines so accurately that it's almost impossible to overcome the vig over an entire year in any sport. I bet now for fun only. Sometimes I win and sometimes I lose. You?
