Carolina goes to New Orleans and the Panthers favored by 7 points right now.
I find this interesting because the Saints have been a touchdown home dog just once this millenium.
They were a 9.5 pt. dog at home vs a Jake Delhomme-led Carolina team in 2005. Carolina won 27-10. But the thing about that game is that it wasn't in New Orleans. It was at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge.
The last time the Saints were a touchdown underdog in the Dome was a 1999 game with the Dallas Cowboys. They were 9 point underdogs and won 31-24.
The spread could fall below touchdown line later in the week, but this is just something I noticed. Very rare to see NO catching this many points in New Orleans.
