Chalk day for me...
SEATTLE SEAHAWKS -7
SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS -9
PHILADELPHIA EAGLES -11
Seattle fans must be a bit insulted by now hearing about the Cards' taking over best home field in the NFL. I love the Cards, I think they have a chance to go deep in postseason, but for one day, the 'Hawks nest stands strong and shows why they are the defending champs. SEATTLE 29 ARIZONA 10
San Francisco has shown in recent weeks that they are still one of the best in the NFL. The offense has been shaky, failing to put away Eli and the Giants last week despite 5 INTs thrown by Manning, but today they face a much worse defense in the 'Skins and should be able to score more. Washington is a mess, the 9ers defense looks back to form, and I see this one being ugly. SAN FRANCISCO 30 WASHINGTON 9
The Eagles looked awful last week, but today they get to get back to what they do best. Beat bad teams. Tennessee must be demoralized after losing a winnable game against a lackluster looking Steelers team and basically being steamrolled by Leveon Bell. The Eagles are trying to get back to a dominant ground game and should here. I don't like Mettenberger on the road, in a place Philadelphia has played well, and in the same fashion as the 49ers game, I expect a blowout. PHILADELPHIA 46 TENNESSEE 20
