I can vouch for him too, as I have bought more than a handful of his packages in the past. However, that doesn't make this losing streak any easier to swallow
In fact at this point, it will be very, very difficult for him to finish in the positive for the season in bases after this terrible start. We are down well over 20 units just in the last ten days.
A good handicapper can usually show several units of profit each month. You do the math. For most of us who bought the long term package, he will have to go on a monumental winning streak and win 15+ units each month, for us to show a profit - after including the cost of the package.
At this point it is like trying to catch a falling knife, or keep buying a stock that is tanking, hoping the bottom has been reached.
I like Dave. I have won lots of money with Dave. But something is off. Even the writeups on the games just don't seem to "right". Can't put my finger on it. Just seems to be a jumble of "doing work" and "following money". One day we (he) are trusting the work, and the next we are following money (and as I stated previously - always getting the worst of the number by doing that)
Last week on back-to-back days we played "on" the terrible lineups of Phillies and Rays either for an over total or win. The old Dave wouldnt' do that.
