All last year we heard how good the SEC West was, but come tome to play in the bowl games and they really tanked it.
Ole Miss was #1 in the polls at one points and got crushed by TCU and Alabama couldn't beat a 3rd string QB as a 10 point favorite in the Title game.
A lot of the hype is there records, but they also play very soft non-conference slates to pad those records and and teams like Alabama usually have a FBS team scheduled the week before the Auburn game and they have a bye week before the LSU game.
This year's non-conference slate is once again a joke. Ken feels that their should be a separate criteria for non-conference slates.
Pauly goes over some on the Non-Conference games for SEC teams. It's a weekly grind for them. LOL yeah right. The Media just eats of the hype of these teams and no one really calls the SEC on it.
Georgia and Bama are in the top 10 this year so far, while Pauly also feels that Auburn will be a handful.
