You go to your doctor, he gives you an opinion. He gets more info, runs some tests, and see how the thing progresses. He changes his initial opinion as more info is available and things play out. Gives his final opinion and you move forward.
An experienced capper gives an early lean to his LT clients, who ASK for as much info as possible as early as possible. The capper collects more info, lineups, LMs, umpire, weather, etc, & releases his final opinion and we move forward.
Better that capper than the ones who release the night before, before any info is available, in an effort to maximize selling time.
