Can't win without a qb (don't give me this years Manning or trent dilfer as those are the outliers to the norm).
If the eagles believe they have their qb, and they are right, well then this trade was more than worth it.
Nothing is guaranteed in the draft including a "stud" lineman or the "top receiver or runningback"
You need a back up qb in the NFL, and if they are over paying for a Bradford for two years then that won't set the franchise back. Also, Bradford may very well be the starter and teach the young qb some valuable NFL tools and lessons.
They will cut Daniels after this year and take a hit on the guaranteed money but that is life in the NFL.
Once again, if one of these qbs is who the eagles think he is, this trade was more than worth it.
Oh and since its the Browns pick, the qb drafted is surely going to be a stud.. because its the browns and they do everything wrong.
