There has been no better under team at home this season than the Milwaukee Brewers. They enter Wednesday's action a perfect 11-for-11 in unders at Miller Park.
The perception is the Brewers are an offense-first team since they have Ryan Braun, Aramis Ramirez, Carlos Gomez, Jean Segura and Jonathan Lucroy. All five of these players are All-Star caliber, or very close to it.
But Milwaukee also has tremendous pitching depth - both starting-wise and bullpen. Yovani Gallardo, Kyle Lohse, Matt Garza, Marco Estrada and Wily Peralta are all good with Estrada and Peralta still getting better.
Francisco Rodriguez has been the best closer so far. Tyler Thornburg and Will Smith are very good setup men. So is Brandon Kintzler, who has been hurt. Jim Henderson was the closer last year and will make the bullpen even better when he gets back on track.
I liked the Brewers to go over their season win total before the year - and I like them even better now.
On the handicapping front, I cashed my free MLB on Tuesday with the Yankees, a six-run winner against the Red Sox, and have an early discounted play going today along with a two-star NBA sides play. I am 23-12-2 on my last 37 paid/free NBA sides plays. My plays can be found here: /pregamepros/pro-bettor/bettor.aspx?id=7746#capper.
As always, no bad luck!
