The NCAA Tournament continues on Saturday with the beginning of the second round. In the Midwest Region, the 11th-seeded Oregon Ducks will take on the third-seeded Creighton Bluejays. The game is scheduled for a 9:40 p.m. start time and it will be televised live on TBS and truTV.
