French Open Odds — Women's Draw

The quarterfinal stage is finally here for the 2013 French Open. Most of the women's draw has gone according to seeding this far, and Serena Williams is still the overwhelming favorite in the French Open Odds to win the tournament.

The odds on Serena Williams are listed at -300, meaning you'd have to risk $300 to profit back $100 if she were to win the tournament. That certainly makes her the overwhelming favorite at this point of the tournament, as all other players are listed at plus money to conquer the best player in women's tennis. Last year Maria Sharapova won the tournament, beating Sara Errani in the finals. Both players are still alive in the tournament.

If there is some glimmer of hope for the rest of the ladies in the tournament, it's that Williams has only one French Open title to her name, which came in 2002. Williams is regarded as the best female tennis player of all time and has 14 other grand slam titles to her name. But, when she is playing better tennis than any female on the planet, it's hard not to make her the odds-on favorite.

Serena takes on Svetlana Kuznetsova in the quarterfinals Tuesday morning and is heavily favored in that matchup as well. Also taking the court on Tuesday will be Agnieszka Radwanska and Errani. Maria Kirilenko will play Victoria Azarenka while Jelena Jankovic will play Sharapova in Wednesday's matchups.

French Open Odds

Serena Williams -300
Maria Sharapova +400
Victoria Azarenka +500
Sara Errani +2500
Jelena Jankovic +3000
Any Other Player +3000
