The fourth-ranked Michigan Wolverines are hosting the Colorado Buffaloes in college football action on Saturday. The game is scheduled for a 3:30 p.m. start time and it will be televised live on the Big Ten Network. The college football odds for the game have the Wolverines favored by three touchdowns to pick up the win.

Michigan enters the game ranked fourth and there is a small but possible option they could enter next week ranked No. 1 in the country. Top-ranked Alabama, Ohio State and Florida State are all ahead of Michigan but each have extremely tough road games this weekend.

The Wolverines are primed for another big win here in Ann Arbor, Michigan out-scored Hawai’i and UCF by a combined score of 114-17. Wilton Speight has looked strong at quarterback with seven touchdown passes, three each going to Amara Darboh and Jake Butt.

Colorado looks like a much better team, quarterback Sefo Liufau is talented and his dual-threat capabilities can cause defenses problems, but this Michigan defense is much different than what the Buffaloes have seen this season.

The Buffs have piled up some strong run games with 522 combines yards and eight scores so far, that will probably be a focal point for Colorado. Michigan’s run defense has not been strong in giving up 178 yards per game the opening two, thought it’s worth noting UCF finished with 275 yards on the ground last week compared to just 56 passing yards.

Three touchdowns at home seems about right for Michigan here.
