College Basketball Odds
Kansas -4
Total: 143 points
Kansas has one of the best resumes in college basketball. Yet in the last five games they’ve struggled, even in the three wins. But four of those games came within 10 days, so fatigue certainly played a factor in their close contests.
The Jayhawks haven’t taken to the floor in five days, so they should be somewhat rested up and ready to go, even on the road here.
Texas Tech is a potential NCAA Tournament team, but they really could use a win here over the Jayhawks to help bolster that resume. The Red Raiders have already knocked off tough Big 12 competition in West Virginia, Kansas State and TCU on their home floor in Lubbock, but the have dropped four of the last six games overall.
The Red Raiders have some solid guys and can get the job done, but stopping Kansas on offense will be the trick here. Frank Mason III and the Jayhawks are better on both ends of the floor. Josh Jackson has been playing excellent as well.
