NFL Odds
New Orleans -1.5
Total: 48.5 points

Denver is trending in the wrong direction recently, now they sit in third place in the AFC West, which is probably the best division in football. Both Oakland and Kansas City sit above the Broncos and both of those teams are red hot right now.

New Orleans is currently in possession of second place in the NFC South behind the Atlanta Falcons, they’ve been known to be a pretty decent team at home but they already have two defeats there this season. The Saints have played much better of late, they dropped each of the first three games but since have won four of five with consecutive wins over Seattle and San Francisco.

Drew Brees is having another strong season with 21 TD passes to date and he doesn’t really have a favorite target with Brandin Cooks, Michael Thomas, Willie Snead and Coby Fleener all catching at least 47 passes with multiple touchdowns.

The Broncos stroll in with the top-ranked passing defense in the league, yielding just 183 yards per game though they have some injuries going on back there. Denver just lost to Oakland, but the Raiders won despite Derek Carr throwing for no touchdowns and only 184 yards.

The Saints might have to run the football here, note that Denver is fourth-worst in the league in stopping the run. This could be a good spot for Mark Ingram coming out of the backfield. The Saints obviously love to throw the ball, but Ingram could play a major role in a win for New Orleans.
