The Pittsburgh Steelers are on the road to take on the Baltimore Ravens in NFL Football action on Sunday. The game is scheduled for a 1:00 p.m. start time and it will be televised live on CBS. Currently the NFL Odds for the game have the Steelers favored by a massive amount on the road to pick up the victory.

Pittsburgh is laying double digits in this one, which seems like an awful lot. Certainly the Steelers have a lot to play for and Baltimore’s only interest is where they will finish in the NFL Draft slotting, a loss here would tie them for the most in the league, pending other games on Sunday as well.

Certainly the Ravens have been clobbered by the injury bug this season, but John Harbaugh and his team are looking to pull off the major upset here. Pittsburgh currently holds down the final Wild Card spot in the AFC, the 9-5 record is tied with Kansas City and the New York Jets, but the Steelers own the tie breaker over the Jets, though there are obviously some games left to be played.

At times this season Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers offense has looked unstoppable, Pittsburgh has averaged 27 points per game which ranks fourth-best in the league in a tie with Cincinnati. Baltimore’s defense has surrendered more points than the Ravens have scored this year, opponents are scoring just under 26 per contest against them.

Baltimore has been a very sound home team under Harbaugh, but in this one they are out-manned because of injury, the defense is a mess and Pittsburgh is coming in looking to score as many points as possible. The Ravens have given up 28 scores through the air, Big Ben and company will look to take advantage of that.
