Monday Night Football Buffalo Bills at New England Patriots Start Time, NFL Odds

The New England Patriots are hosting the Buffalo Bills tonight on Monday Night Football. The game is scheduled for an 8:30 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on ESPN. Currently the NFL Odds for the game have New England favored by right around a touchdown to pick up the win.

New England continues its assault on the NFL with Buffalo tonight. The Patriots are 9-0 and looking to join the Carolina Panthers as the only two teams in double digit wins this season. Tom Brady and the gang have been impressive in home games this season, winning all five by at least a touchdown.

Brady could have the inside edge on the MVP race this season, though Cam Newton is right there as well. Brady's offense got another blow sent their way recently with the loss of Julian Edelman, which gives an even bigger amount of targets for Rob Gronkowski, who has already been highlighted 75 times this season. Gronk has eight TD catches to date, the most on the team, but he will need to get some help from Danny Amendola as well. Amendola isn't the threat Edelman is, but he can help Brady with check-downs.

Buffalo has its work cut out for them. Head coach Rex Ryan said his team was essentially playing for second place in the division with everybody but New England, which is probably right. The Bills are 5-4 and are probably looking at 5-5 after tonight, which ties them with the Jets. It's still too early to talk playoff bracketing, but the Bills currently sit in the sixth overall spot in the AFC. Buffalo will battle with Kansas City, Houston, the Jets, Oakland and Jacksonville the rest of the way (maybe Miami, too) if they are going to find a way into the post season.

New England owns wins in 22 of the last 24 games over Buffalo. They scored 40 points the last time these two teams played earlier this season, tossing for 466 yards and three touchdowns. Once again he will lead the Pats to a win over the Bills.
