The Texas A&M Aggies are hosting the Nevada Wolfpack in college football action on Saturday. The game is scheduled for a 12:00 p.m. start time and it will be televised live on the SEC Network. Currently the betting odds for the game have the Aggies favored by a comfortable margin in this one.

Texas A&M has looked very solid on offense through two games, beating both Arizona State and Ball State. The Aggies have Arkansas on deck as SEC action kicks off, but are they really going to be looking ahead in this one? Nevada is playing in the patented West Coast team at noon kickoff in the Eastern time zone, which means they’re probably going to be sluggish.

A&M has two solid quarterbacks in Kyle Allen and Kyler Murray. Both will more than likely see adequate playing time in this one and moving the football shouldn’t be a problem. Nevada limps in having gotten beat up by Arizona last week, the Wolfpack knocked off UC Davis in the opener. 

Nevada has a couple of threats in quarterback Tyler Stewart and tailback Don Jackson, but they won’t be able to do it themselves. Texas A&M has one of the best front sevens in college football and that will make for a long day for the Nevada offense. Stewart is making just his fourth career start in this one, Kyle Field has the ability to swallow visiting quarterbacks up and cause problems.

For those wondering, Nevada and Texas A&M haven’t played in 65 yards, the Aggies picked up a 30-point win back in 1950. That obviously has no barring on this game, but it’s interesting all the same. If Texas A&M comes in focused and not looking ahead to the Razorbacks, they should cruise.
