This is being billed as one of the biggest fights ever, but will it really live up to the hype? Some are not sure some feel that this fight could be a setup for a much bigger payday down the line. The conspiracy theorists do have the thought that a draw here would just set this up to be a bigger fight, which would draw more money in the future. Im not sure how I stand on that.

I do feel that this will at least be a decent fight. Floyd is very smart in the ring and he knows the judges and what they look for. He also knows how to tire his opponents out and is a very good defensive fighter as well, especially with that left shoulder roll. Now in a fight like this the better defensive fight should get the edge.

Pacquiao is a solid puncher and his overall style is a type of style that has given Floyd a few issues in the past. Pacquiao is also now for putting allot of pressure on his opponents, but Floyd does have great stick and move ability. Pacquiao has the better punching power, while Floyd is much more accurate with his punches. Floyd has the faster single punch speed with his hand, while Manny has the faster combination punch speed.

If this is a toe to toe fight then the advantage may go to Manny who has had more experience in those type of fights, but Floyd is a master of making in ring adjustments.

Overall I do believe that Floyd will walk out the winner, but it should go the distance. Floyd just may ahve a bit more to fight for hereas he really want that 50-0 mark and to be called the best fighter ever. I feel he will get win 48 here.
