Tampa Bay has struggled inside the dome this season, sitting at five games under the .500 mark there. If they were much better in home games this season, they'd probably be atop the AL East standings. Either way, they have to battle now and by winning nine of their last 10, they're gaining steam.
This could be a pretty solid pitching matchup tonight. Milwaukee is giving the ball to Kyle Lohse, who can get guys out and has stayed away from trouble. His 11-4 record and 3.07 ERA are both very solid for the season. He's picked up seven of his 11 total wins on the road this season, making 12 starts away from their home park this season.
Tampa Bay will give the ball to Jake Odorizzi. He's a youngster that has a lot better numbers at home, sporting a 2.73 ERA this season at the Trop while having an ERA of 5.73 on the road, in less innings. Odorizzi ranks fourth in MLB with a 10.46 strikeout-to-walk ratio. He has a 2.96 ERA in his last 14 outings as well.
