The Miami Hurricanes and Kansas State Wildcats are set to mix it up for a second consecutive season as they meet at Bill Snyder Family Stadium in Manhattan, KS tomorrow afternoon (12:00pm ET start time, FX Network). Miami vs Kansas State Odds are siding with the hosting Cats at -7 against the spread; the Canes are drawing +225 to avenge last season’s 28-24 loss. Saturday’s game total is set at 58 points.

When these two teams met at Sun Life Stadium last season the Wildcats managed to come away with a 28-24 victory despite being lined as a 13 point dog. Kansas State needed a dramatic goal line stand to seal the deal, but the odds makers view this weekend’s battle being less of a struggle.

The Wildcats dominating rushing performance in last year’s contest probably has something to do with the shift in thinking (that and Miami returned just 10 starters from last year's 6-6 team). Kansas State pounded out 265 yards on the ground against the Hurricanes and it did so in 44 attempts (6 ypc).

Quarterback Collin Klein and running back John Hubert did most of the damage, combining for 259 rush yards and two scores. Unfortunately for the Hurricanes defense, which yielded 537 yards to Boston College in last weekend’s 41-32 win over the Eagles, both Klein and Hubert are still running the offensive show for Head Coach Bill Snyder.

Kansas State should have little difficulty piling up the yardage tomorrow, which in turn will lead to another victory over Miami. The Wildcats are 10-0 in their last 10 games as a home favorite and they are 7-0 straight up and 6-1 opposite the number in their last seven as a home favorite with a spread between four and 7.5 points.
