Ok normally I'm a guy that likes to root for the Underdog so that would have me rooting for Tampa Bay but not this time. Whether it's my sick warped mind, or my total disgust for the Yankee organization but nothing would give me more pleasure than to know that every time they show Joe Torre in the dugout during the World Series that George Steinbrenner will feel sick that the guy they let go is in the World Series and his beloved Yankees didn't even make the Playoffs.

I can't tell how good that makes me feel because the way Joe Torre was treated at the end of last season was just wrong. Joe Torre is one of the best managers in Baseball but even more important is Joe Torre is one of the nicest guys in Baseball and he is the one having the last laugh now. But as usual he's doing it with class where Steinbrenner is just 3/5ths of the word..CL(ASS)!

But why do I want Boston instead of Tampa Bay to face Los Angeles?  That's simple, first it's another slap in the face for the Yankees since they aren't there but their arch rival is, sorry George!  It also guarantees that no matter who wins George ain't going to be happy Joe Torre or Boston again sorry George...lol.

But the big reason I want this match up is how much fun will it be to watch Manny face his old team and how the crowd will react to him when he returns to Fenway in Dodger Blue. C'mon that would be worth the price of admission by itself.  Yeah I know I'm sick but I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking this way.
