135th Preakness Stakes Post Time for 2010

Looking for post time information for the 2010 Preakness Stakes this Saturday? Below you will find all the information that you need to make sure you do not miss any of the action. This "in between" race that falls in the middle of the Kentucky Derby and Belmont is considered by many horse racing fans as the easiest of the three to win. Besides being the shortest of the Triple Crown races (Derby is 1 1/4 & Belmont is 1 1/2), the flip side is how difficult this track can be as proven by even the top horses in history falling victim to the tight turns that if not handled correctly can cost them the race due to the shortness of the race.

  • Lucky and Dude. Nice......

  • Yeah man, my favorite track to play is Aqueduct.  I love dominguez and he picked up at least 2 wins today that I know of.  Been pondering a show play all day.  What do you think?

  • joe public pick: Super Saver. Lookin at Lucky is a stud and fell victim to traffic issues in big races, but before that was considered the 2nd coming. my long shot pick is First Dude.

  • JD, what are your predictions for the Preakness?

  • Check out my Preakness Preview at:

    Best of Luck to all...

  • Bol everyone.

  • 71f and sunny with some clouds. Track conditions-Fast / Turf Condition- Firm. 6 hours and 45 minutes to go....

  • dominguez usually rides school yard but already agreed to ride First Dude.....Owner is very happy with Coa....decent friends with him and thinks dominguez gave a shit ride in the wood.....they love the time off this horse has had between races and is expecting big things (well wouldnt u if u were an owner in the preakness) haha but seriously hopes are very high for this horse in this race.....and hes in love with the 2 post.  I'll be there rooting him in and in the photo if he wins !.....he also has a horse in the black eyed susan on friday...CC's Pal.....in his words "be a little more cautious with this one" def worth a bet but he said this horse could very well bounce and not run a good race.....Schoolyard Dreams is his love for the weekend....good luck on whatever you guys do.

  • Thanks for the info John.  Going to start capping the race Thursday night and will always consider every horse on the track.

  • My buddy is racing his horse "school yard dreams" in the preakness....this horse has already beaten super saver at the tampa bay derby, and had a decent workout recently....certainly a long shot to throw in if betting the race.....If he wins....you'll see us in the winner circle as I will be attending.

  • JD,  FYI.  You can grab +750 at BetUs and -700 at sportsbook.

I actually just made a small wager on the +750.  I don't necessarily believe that Super Saver will win but looked solid in a recent workout.  With a 7.5 to 1 payout, this will allow flexibility to perhaps play an exacta box and probably place a Win wager on a horse like Lookin at Lucky.
