It does sound hugely awesome, I'll give you that, I just don't know if I have any more time to slot into my schedule...NBA is really a monster time commitment for me, if that wasn't totally obvious, hahaha
yeah, but the cool thing about that 'REWIND' thing is that you can watch a particular player for every play in the game, you can analyze each team's tendencies in certain situations, and much more. I think it could be a great tool for handicappers like us.
I might check it out next week...
And VB - I had NOT heard of that, but unfortunately, I just don't think I'd have time to watch games retroactively anyway
Nice hit for Atlanta-backers in a game that really came down to who had the ball last...almost...bit of a coin-flip, but glad most of you guys cashed that sucker.
Defaz - still some work to do on this weekend's card, but I've got my action narrowed down to 3 plays, too!
As you mentioned Dan, this is really a disappointing NFL card. I only like CAR+7 and TEN-1.5. I am also giving JAC-1.5 a second look.
changing over to the ravens for thurs..
hey DBjr,
Have you heard about this?

I hate to say it, but I think this is the worst NFL card of the season....I know that's not going to do sh*t for my sales numbers, but I'm only seeing 2, MAYBE 3 games that even interest me. Tough week, let's not go nuts!
@ danrman
Dallas at +14.5 is a definite play in my book. Sure the Giants should win the game but it will be closer than most people think
like atl myself butcher.. my opinion on the dallas game is they will come out w/ alot of emotion and it will be close for about a half and then in the 2nd half nyg will lower the hammer and win the game.. so i guess its obvious that if the boy's show up in the 1st half i'll be taking the giants in the 2nd
Agree with DB...Lions/Bills game is a pass. There is no value with Buffalo -3. No value whatsoever.
@ BeastMode
Pennington of old was a good game manager but Miami needs a QB that can win a game with his arm, and he's NOT it! People still think that Miami is a good running team but that's simply not the case. They're 16th in YPG on the ground, 21st in YPC, and 28th in PPG (points per game). As bad as Henne was playing, he was still a threat and could have a good game at any point...that's just not the case with Pennington. People also don't view Titans as one of the top teams but Titans are #1 in PPG and #9 in PAPG (points allowed per game). Coming off a 'bye' I see this Titans team winning this one fairly easily.
Titans -1 is my 2nd POW...Falcons tonight is my first one.
Good luck
Hill WILL PLAY for Detroit...that's what all the reports have...total PASS game for me with all that going on!
Good stuff, BEASTMODE!
VegasButcher- One of my co-workers is a diehard Dolphin fan. We were just talking about Henne and I told him that Miami should bench him and start Pennington. It's kind of funny, because thats what happend.
I know Pennington doesn't have a strong arm, but he's very smart with the football. Henne play's too scared, he's got all the time in the world to throw and he' still gets sacked or throws a bad ball.
Pennington reminds me a lot of Kyle Orton, I loved what Orton and Marshall had together last year, I can see that happening with CP and Marshall. Miami needs to rely on the run and have CP manage the game. I think Miami is actually a better team with CP. Henne has a strong arm, but dude holds on to the ball too long, can't throw on target and plays scared.
Hard to back the Cowboys no matter what the line is. They just don't seem to care. Firing Wade and placing the OC as the HC doesn't really change much of anything for the boys. I felt they had value getting 9 from GB, well, they got blown out. I don't see how they can show up at all for this one. Giants are on a roll and should roll over this team.
Part of me is also saying. Never pet a wounded animal, you might not get your hand back. Which is what this Dallas team is. A wounded dog. Just when you think it's the perfect time to put ur house on the Giants and fade the boys, they show up and repo ur shit. So, as far as Dallas and Giants goes, I'll lay off this game and will look more to the total. GL for those who play.
I do love the Bills. Without Stafford and HIll, this Lions team takes a big hit on offense. Bills also need to win a game this year and this is the best chance they have. I'm sure they'll go all out for this one.
