NEW BLOG - BRING IT ON OVER- http://bit.ly/aqsGsP
a win is a win! small wins add up to big units!
Nicely done, Justin - just keep racking up small wins! Those count just as much at the end of the year!
I love that the UConn women hit the team over with 6:30 left in the game .. I wish I could've made an appearance here before game time to let everybody know about that play. Florida State hadn't exactly been a defensive stalwart this season.
Good night all!
2-2 for today, but with one loss being a half-unit play, I was up 0.32 units. That puts me up 0.5 units for the week .. Could be worse, right?
One regret of the day - Like a total sucker, I took the pleaser bet, rather than what would've been a winning parlay on UNC and the Under. On the pleaser, the Under was solid, even surviving OT .. But UNC + the refs could not cover the -5 against the Islanders.
My card for today:
(Half-unit) Pleaser - UNC -5, Rhode Island-UNC Under 147.5 LOSS
Clippers-Bucks Under 191.5 LOSS
UConn women Over 79 WIN
UConn women Over 39 (first half) WIN
Pacers -7 PUSH
Hey, if they play HORSE anything like they do in the all-star game, I might have to wait until the NBA finals before they finish... I swear, they need to get some ballers to do some tricks for the HORSE thing they have all start weekend... 2 years and both years fell flat...
He's too hurt to play in a game, but not H-O-R-S-E!
Hahahaha! Good call - we'll spot the injured Lopez a couple letters
too bad the one on the winning team is hurt...
I say they should just have a Lopez Twins H-O-R-S-E contest in lieu of a game. Might attract more Nets fans than the game would.
Defense? Tain't likely. Nets and a host of other teams are probably in "Just let the clock run!" mode right now.
nope... i like the over for the Suns side only though... lol it's one of those games where I wonder if the Nets have the firepower in the long run
Looks like the Nets line already dropped a half at the open so you aren't alone in your opinion, G.
Wizards intrigue me. Hornets were a 1 point road dog when they won by 5 last time. Looks like that's already factored in along with the DC b2b on the line. Like you said, New Orleans and large home chalk haven't been friends this season.
With BOTH teams in a potential free-for-all, do we think Nets/Suns features any defense at all?
