Yep, you can guess it, and see it for yourself. First post initiation and it's a gripe post.
Just wanted to see if someone had a similar experience..
I signed up with a $200 deposit, plus a $100 bonus "free bet"..
I used the bonus bet that I was required to use as my first bet.. $100 bonus fund on the Ravens to win superbowl. I won that bet which with my $100 bonus funds should have allowed me to have $240 in my bonus account. But since the $100 bonus was deducted right away, my bonus sits at $140.
I bet on a few other bets with MY $200, won some, lost some.. Ended up with $334 in winnings in my eCASH (separate from bonus funds)
Since I didn't bet $900 to make the rollover requirements, I withdrew the $334 which is the highest amount the website allowed me to enter since $140 of my $474 was the bonus cash..
I get an email 2 days later telling me that since I didn't meet the rollover requirements, to cash out I would forfeit the $140 in my bonus account, PLUS I would have to pay $100 out of my eCASH balance to pay out (which meant I'd walk away with $234).
They insist that the $100 bonus bet is a free bet, so really it's $0. Is it just me or is there something fishy about offering someone $100, and putting it as $0 in your statement, and then charging you $100 because you don't want to play $700 more dollars to get another $140?
