po:WP stands for previous opponent's winning percentage
WP stands for the team's winning percentage
o:WP stands for opponent's winning percentage
p:W means the team won their previous game.
Put it all together and you get:
po:WP>66 and WP>66 and o:WP<25 and p:W
"When a team is that has a winning percentage of better than 66% on the season is off a win over a team that had a winning percentage of more than 66% on the season and they are facing an opponent that has a winning percentage of less than 25% on the season. So, basically, a good team facing a bad team off a win over a good team.
