Something I was reminded of today was just how bad Buffalo was at home last season. I don't know of anybody who thinks the Sabres have improved over the off-season, do you? Buffalo lost 68.3% of their home games last season. Yikes. Buffalo endured a 9 game and an 8 game home losing streak last season. The Sabres only won 4 of their L18 home games last season. I can't help but think there's a bit of value on the BJs tonight as they look to establish themselves as a contender early on. Missed the -115 but -120 is certainly playable.
You can go here http://sportsdatabase.com/nhl/query and plug in this query to see the Sabres home results from last season: team=Sabres and H and season=2013
Hey Dennis,
This is pretty cool by the way..thanks for sharing
Quick question, I just plugged in the SQL query that you provided above and only got about 20 games. How do I get all of the home games for the 2013 - 2014 NHL season?

I should've mentioned this earlier. Initially you do see just the 20 most recent results. Just plug this in at the end of the URL and replace N with the number of games in your query.
&show_games=N
So in this case, you would add &show_games=41 to the end of the URL.

Tried this but getting an error. Must be doing something wrong
Can you copy/paste a link for me with the corrected URL please.

Sure. Remember, you add that to the URL, not the query. So, you start with this...
http://sportsdatabase.com/nhl/query?output=default&sdql=team%3DSabres+and+H+and+season%3D2013&submit=++S+D+Q+L+%21++
and then add this to the end... &show_games=41
http://sportsdatabase.com/nhl/query?output=default&sdql=team%3DSabres+and+H+and+season%3D2013&submit=++S+D+Q+L+%21++&show_games=41
