Are we not the same person?!
Has any US sportsbook ever offered e/w betting?
How many sportsbook are aware of exchange prices?
Maybe you can expand on E/W betting because I'm sure many here don't know what it is. I know SIA was the only US facing shop that offered it and now SIA is no longer an option. I never looked into it much. In your opinion, is it a -EV gimmick or something that can be advantageous to the bettor?

its the most +EV bet in the right spots because bookmakers only consider the win price. The win price can be -EV but the place can be massively +EV.
My prediction is European bookmakers will slowly but surely stop offering it on sports. I found a massive rick three weeks ago where Ladbrokes.com were offering each way terms of 1/2 odds 1-2 on the WNBA outright and conferences. As you'll know this was crazy. I put them in e/w multiples with Niballi in the Tour De France 9/1 1/4 1-2 giving me 9/4 the place (true odds 2.4) and Argentina in the World Cup 7/2 1/2 1-2) giving me 7/4 the place (true odds when placed 6/4). If Niballi places (currently 1/3) and Atlanta make the final and Chicago and Phoenix make the conferences finals I clear around €20k for me and my partner. We buried €3.5k in this. At worst we'll make a profit.

Yet another thing we're lagging behind on. Great insight
