I have hit the proverbial wall here in the Pregame forums, my friends. Where I once cared a great deal about Forum Members' bankrolls.....I don’t so much any longer. I cannot continue posting as if it were all my money on them. It’s not, it’s your money, too! So, sink or swim....my stockings are already stuffed.....as yours could and should have already been. This week’s Sonny Seattle video may very well have been our swan song depending on how much of a fuss Marty puts up. She howled for three hours....knowing that it was Tuesday and that we were already a couple of hours late. I will likely have to trick her into thinking we are doing one, just to appease her…
When my moods become affected by the shit that goes on in here and I begin to lose patience with my birds....one has to go.
Although I will probably not leave entirely and may pop in occasionally with thoughts on specific games, for all intents and purposes my time here is done and I will likely become more of a “lurker”. It is just no longer worth all the time and effort that I put in here. That is not to say that I am abandoning Pregame altogether, just that the time I have spent providing content will be drastically reduced. Those of you (and you know who you are) can always ask me for any help. Bankroll Management, people. Remember that, first and foremost and you should be fine. There are few worse feelings than getting a taste of consistent winning……and then not. I’d suggest that some of you try to make better use next time? You just never know when you may actually kill that Golden Goose we all dream about?
Just to make it clear my decision is not a result of any specific poster or posting, but the overall state of affairs here. I have mulled it over for a few weeks and it’s obviously time to pull the plug here at Pregame. This post is for informational purposes only. The decision has been made and is cast in stone.
It was fun while it lasted, but I no longer take the pleasure that I did contributing all that I could to this place. I do not like to see anyone lose money, so if I see something that looks overly suspect to me, I may comment on it. Good luck and so long, folks. I do wish you all well……..Get ‘em, friends! BB
